My Journey after Pregnancy - Week 3

I started my pregnancy at 119lbs and 31 inches. 
I finished my pregnancy at 140lbs and 39 inches.

Pounds lost since pregnancy: -19.4 pounds

Inches lost since pregnancy: -7 inches

Pounds lost since last week: -4 pounds

Inches lost since last week: -1 inch

What I have been doing for fitness: Eating a lot of white meat, veggies and fruit. Drinking lots of water and breastfeeding.

This weeks biggest struggle: This week my biggest struggle is making time for me. I have to make it a set goal that I sit down and get food in my stomach. I spend so much time running around that it's no wonder these pounds are shedding off. 

Short term  goals: Start walking more once the weather gets nice. This is still my goal! Once its nice out I will probably be in a set schedule to walk in the afternoons once Brayden wakes up from his nap. 

Long term goals: 110 pounds and the ability to run a mile in 6 minutes. Tighten up my loose skin mom pouch! 

Weekly wisdom: You can't reach your goals if you aren't even trying. Put forth the effort and you will see results. 

I promise these will get more interesting when I can start working out and sharing tips!
